Trouble issue : Pairing - Your device is not being found
It might need to be reset. Depending on the devices, here are the reset instructions :
1. Controller reset - There is an LED indicator on each controller. If it is a solid color, it means the device is already paired. It will need to be reset in order to get it in pairing mode so it can be found and paired to the app. Click on the reset button 10 times, which will cause the LED indicator to blink, confirming that the controller is now reset. You can now search and "Add devices" to pair the devices to the app.

If your device is still not being found after your device has been reset - close down the app completely, make sure it isn't running in the background, and reopen it. Now, you should see a pairing option when the app is refreshed.
