Troubleshoots for MR16's
1. Pairing issue, unable to pair :
The MR16 might need to be reset to be put in pairing mode. To reset the bulbs, turn then off then back on 5 times in a row, and they will cycle through red, green, blue, then back to white, indicating they are now in pairing mode. From there, you can search and pair the bulbs to your app.
2. Scheduling, unable to schedule :
.
The MR16's need a repeater paired in the same group in order to be scheduled. If there isn't one paired in the group, the app will tell you they are unable to be scheduled. Adding a gateway to the network will also allow you to schedule the MR16's.
3. Scheduling, schedules not working :
You will want to make sure the MR16's and the repeater paired have the latest firmware in order for the schedules to work. Click on three lines in the top left corner of the screen, then on "Features" and select "Firmware Updates". Update each of the MR16's and the repeater. From there, delete your original schedule and recreate it. Your schedules will now work properly.
