We have introduced new features to update the firmware for your Meshtek devices. Now, devices can also be updated using the Gateway. To use this feature, please ensure your gateway is online and the internet connection is working properly.
- Tap on the three lines in the top left corner, select "Features", and then choose 'Firmware Updates.' A notification will appear— tap 'Next' to proceed.
- You will be taken to the "Firmware Update" screen. Here, you will see two options:
- "Update device using Gateway"
- "Update device using Phone".
- Steps to Update Firmware Using Gateway:
- Click on "Update device using Gateway." A pop-up will appear— click "Next."
- The app will then scan for nearby devices connected to the Gateway and display a list. Select the devices you want to update.A pop-up will appear to confirm the selected device for the update—simply tap "Next" to proceed.
- The update will begin and may take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete.
- A "Wait" pop-up will appear—simply click "OK" and wait for the update to complete.
