Sync to Server allows you to sync your current changes to the server to make sure they are saved. This can be helpful if you were in an area with no internet and need to save the changes once you have connected to the internet again.
If you are logging out of your app and see a "Pending Changes" notification, you will need to sync the changes before logging out to save your changes.
To get to Installer tools, click on the 3 lines in top left corner, and scroll down to select "Settings". Click on "Next" after the notification.
