Pairing a Meshtek Astrotimer

Step 1

If you don't have any devices paired already, select your "Network", and then you might get a notification saying "Hey! We have detected unpaired lights near you. Would you like to pair them now". Click on "Pair". If you don't get this notification, click on the 3 lines in the top left corner of your screen and tap on the"Add devices"to start the search. 

 

Step 2

The app will begin to search for unpaired Meshtek devices. Make sure your devices are powered on and within Bluetooth range. As the app finds each device, it will appear as the type of device it is, in this case, an astrotimer-shaped icon :

 

Step 3

To pair, simply hold and drag each icon down to "Select Group"(if creating a new group, proceed to name the group). Click on "Create" to finish creating the group. 

 

Step 4

The next step would be to sync the Dawn and Dusk times for the astrotimer. Select the group the astrotimer is paired into, click on "add", and you will be brought to the next page. Follow the instructions and click on "Next". Here is where the dawn and dusk times will be set according to your location. Click on "Next" and let it sync. 

 

Step 5

The next page will be the summary page which ensure all the steps were taken during the pairing process. That's it! Your astrotimer is now paired and ready to use. Tap "Done" to get back to your "Dashboard", where you will see your newly paired astrotimer.
