Using custom colors, custom effect (normal/Strip) and custom static preset can be created. You can also share the custom effect with custom colors or even export and import them in another network or account
Here is a step-by-step tutorial to Import/Export/Share custom colors
Custom effect (normal lights)
- From the top left corner tap on More Options in the network screen.
Tap on Effects and then Normal lights
- Tap on + icon to create a custom effect. A popup window will appear. Tap on Create custom effect.
- Now enter a custom name of your choice. Tap on + icon to add colors from the color palette. Tap on ‘Create and apply’
- The custom effect created recently will appear on your normal lights screen. Tap on it.
- A share button will appear on the top right corner. Tap on it and a QR code will appear. Now you can share the QR code with any contact or take a snapshot and by this you have exported/shared a custom effect
- Now to import this custom effect again, go to normal effects screen again.
Tap on Create custom effect icon and this time choose the ‘Import effect from Qr code option.
- Scan the QR code shared recently or you can choose image from gallery. On scanning, the custom effect screen will appear with the colors saved. Here you can use the same colors and edit effect. Rename and create another new effect.
Custom effect (Strip lights)
Creating a custom strip light is same as creating a custom normal light effect . In the strip lights you can have a color palette of 64 colors with 12 additional custom colors created using colors and RGBW sliders.
- From Effects, tap on Strip lights and tap ‘Create custom’. Tap on + icon to create a custom effect. A popup window will appear. Tap on Create custom effect.
- From the color palette you can create custom colors first and then select them to create custom effect. Enter a custom name of your choice. Tap on ‘Create and apply’.
- The custom effect created recently will appear on your striplights screen. Tap on it.
- A share button will appear on the top right corner. Tap on it and a QR code will appear. Now you can share the QR code with any contact or take a snapshot and by this you have exported/shared a custom effect
- Now to import this custom effect again, go to strip effects screen again.
Tap on Create custom effect icon and this time choose the ‘Import effect from Qr code option.

Creating a custom static preset is same as creating a custom strip light effect . In the static presets also you can have a color palette of 64 colors with 12 additional custom colors created using colors and RGBW sliders.
- From More Options, tap on Static Presets and tap ‘Create custom’. Tap on + icon to create a custom. A popup window will appear. Tap on Create custom static preset.
- From the color palette you can create custom colors first and then select them to create custom status preset. Enter a custom name of your choice.Select segment length and brightness Tap on ‘Create and apply’.
- The custom static preset created recently will appear on your static presets screen. Tap on it.
- A share button will appear on the top right corner. Tap on it and a QR code will appear. Now you can share the QR code with any contact or take a snapshot and by this you have exported/shared a custom static preset.
- Now to import this custom static preset again, go to static preset screen again. Tap on Create custom icon and this time choose the ‘Import effect' from Qr code option. A scan QR window will appear.
- Scan the QR code shared recently or you can choose image from gallery. On scanning, the custom effect screen will appear with the colors saved. Here you can use the same colors and edit effect. Rename and create another new static preset.
- The new custom static preset will appear on the screen which we created recently .
