Overview:
The Misting Warning alert occurs when the spray controller is Detected as Empty or Warning Threshold. It applies specifically when spray controllers reach low chemical levels and the system is connected through gateway and network.
System Components:
Gateway:
- Connects the spray controller to the network. Must be ONLINE for alerts and control features to work.
Network:
- Displays alerts on the network UI when the spray controller detects a warning or an empty state.
Alert Types & Threshold Settings:
The spray controller checks chemical levels using sensors. It sends alerts when levels go above or below set limits.
Warning threshold : 10 inches
Empty threshold: 5 inches
There are two levels of alerts for spray controllers:
Warning Alert:
Trigger Condition: Spray Controller’s chemical level is low but not completely empty.

Header: Spray Controller warning Alert
Message: “Your spray controller is almost out of chemical. Please refill it soon.”
Border: Yellow
- Empty Alert:
- Trigger Condition: Spray controller’s chemical tank is Empty.

- Message : “ Your spray controller is almost out of chemical. Please refill it soon.”
- Border : Red
