Virtual group should be part of same group screen

The Virtual Groups feature allows you to manage multiple light groups simultaneously through a single interface. You can control colors, whites, effects, and scheduling with ease.

Accessing Virtual Groups

1. Open the dashboard and go down after devices.

 

2. Tap the "Features > Virtual Groups" section from the main menu.

Virtual Group Layout

Each virtual group tile displays:

• Group Name (e.g., All Strip, 2818)
• Edit Icon (🖉): Rename the group.
• Total Groups: Shows how many physical groups are linked.
• On/Off Toggle: Quickly power the group on or off.

• Control Buttons:
  • Colors: Adjust RGB lighting.
  • Whites: Adjusts white balance and color temperature.
  • Effects: Apply dynamic light effects.
  • Static Presets: Save and apply preset configurations.
  • RGBW Sliders: Manually adjust Red, Green, Blue, and White levels.
  • Schedules: Configure time-based triggers (on/off/lighting/scene changes)

Creating a Virtual Group 

Tap the "Features > Virtual Groups" section from the main menu.

1. Tap the “+” icon at the top right.
2. Select groups to include.
3. Name your new virtual group.
4. Tap Save.

Editing a Group

• Tap the 🖉 (pencil) icon beside the group name.
• Make your changes and save.

Navigating the Virtual Group Screen

Header

• Back Arrow (←): Tap to return to the previous Virtual Groups overview.
• Group Name ("All Strip"): Displays the current group you’re managing.
• Add Icon (+): Tap to add more devices to this virtual group.

Device List

Each listed item represents a device or controller currently part of the "All Strip" group.

Device Tile Elements:

• Device Count ("1 Device"): Indicates how many devices are under this label.
• Device Name (e.g., strip, c9, Ws2818, 600): Custom name for easier identification.
• Edit Icon (🖉): Tap to Sync Virtual groups and remove Group for the device.

Group-Wide Control Buttons

Located at the bottom of the screen:

 All Off - Turns off all devices in the virtual group.

 All On - Turns on all devices in the virtual group.

Adding a New Device to the Group

1. Tap the "+" icon at the top-right.
2. Select from available devices.
3. Confirm to add them to the group.
