One time payment setup required

• The installer will have to add payment information before he can add a new device. 
• Each login ID will have to add the payment information. 
• Payment is only required for installations beyond 150 ft of nuggets.

Steps 

1. Click on " Add devices". 
2. Add the payment information. 
3. During the pairing process, set the length. 
4. If the installation is beyond 150 ft of nuggets, a payment is required for certain lengths.
5. Confirm payment and complete the pairing process.
